OUR METHODOLOGY
The methodology employed by SIGMAX remains identical from project to project but is adapted to the objectives, scope and existing levels of expertise. There are two aspects to the way SIGMAX approaches projects: The Management Consultancy part and the Finance part. To what extent these two parts are integrated varies according to client needs and can be separated. SIGMAX utilises a compressed version of our methodology spine when engaging in projects involving finance where time can be an issues.
Our experience would suggest that there is much to be done in defining the most effective manner in which the Client can achieve the objectives of consistent growth whether organic or inorganic. We will bring our experience of best practice elsewhere. This must be carefully adapted to the true needs of the business, suppliers, customers and the community. This process will define the services and infrastructure that will be required in the future.
